Antonious Hammond is a New York City–based multidisciplinary artist working across concert dance, theatre, television, and film. He earned a BFA in Dance Performance from Southern Methodist University, where he studied under Dwight Rhoden, Myra Woodruff, and Carter Alexander.

As a performer, Antonious has danced repertory works by Jerome Robbins, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, Paul Taylor, and Silas Farley, and has collaborated with companies including Black Iris Project, Jacob's Pillow Contemporary Ballet Ensemble, Paul Taylor Outreach Ensemble, Lake Tahoe Dance Collective, and Carolyn Dorfman Dance, where he is currently in his first season.

Whether on stage or on camera, Antonious brings curiosity, discipline, and a collaborative spirit to every creative process. And when he’s not performing, he can usually be found coaching clients, buried in a good book, learning a new language, or working toward his MBA.
